Outreach Money, operated by Tawaka Fusion Tech Private Limited, provides an online platform that allows users to send and receive money, make payments, and perform other financial transactions (the “Services”). These Services may include, but are not limited to, electronic fund transfers, bill payments, and mobile wallet services.

Certain Services provided by Outreach Money may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred, including, but not limited to, charges for any products or services offered for sale through the Services by Outreach Money or by any other vendor or service provider.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Posting or transmitting any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any other user’s account.
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information. By accessing or using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Outreach Money does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall Outreach Money, or Tawaka Fusion Tech Private Limited, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the Services by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Outreach Money is advised of the possibility of such damages.

Outreach Money reserves the right to modify or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Outreach Money may terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your Outreach Money account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of your access to or use of the Platform shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of India.

Outreach Money reserves the right to monitor the content of the Platform, including information provided in your account. This monitoring is essential to verify the accuracy of the information provided by you and to ensure compliance with this Agreement.

Outreach Money may, at its sole discretion, stop providing one or more services through the Platform and terminate your access to or use of the Platform at any time without notice. Upon termination, your rights under this Agreement will terminate, your account will be suspended, and you must cease using the Platform immediately. Outreach Money shall have no liability or responsibility to you, except as prescribed under applicable law.

The Platform may provide links to third-party services (“Third-Party Services”) and may display, include, or make available content, data, information, applications, or materials from third parties (“Third-Party Materials”). Outreach Money is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, or any other aspect of such Third-Party Materials or Third-Party Services. Outreach Money does not endorse or assume any liability for third-party services, materials, or websites.

Internet Provider: Outreach Money provides services via the Internet, and we cannot ensure that buyers or sellers you interact with will complete virtual currency transactions. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our services. Access may become degraded or unavailable during times of significant volatility or volume.

Underlying Protocols: Outreach Money does not control the underlying software protocols governing virtual currencies. We are not responsible for the operation of these protocols, their security, functionality, or availability. Virtual currencies are subject to sudden changes in operating rules, and we are not liable for any loss you may experience due to such changes.

User Verification: You agree to provide information for due diligence, identity verification, and the detection of financial crimes. Failure to provide timely information may result in altered, suspended, or terminated access to our services.

Crypto Assets: Crypto transactions are irreversible, and the values of crypto assets are highly volatile. Outreach Money is not responsible for the outcome of any action performed by its users within or related to crypto assets or the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold Outreach Money, Tawaka Fusion Tech Private Limited, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Platform or any breach of this Agreement.

All intellectual property used on the Platform remains the exclusive property of Outreach Money. You agree not to interfere with security features of the Platform or use materials without authorization.

You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use the Platform. Outreach Money reserves the right to terminate your account or access to the Platform at its sole discretion for breaches of these terms or applicable laws.

Provisions related to indemnity, intellectual property, governing law, and others that naturally survive shall remain in effect after termination.

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

You consent to receive communications from Outreach Money electronically. All communications provided electronically satisfy legal requirements.

Outreach Money shall not be liable for any damage or loss due to delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, wars, or government actions.
